Math 3310 - Differential
Equations
- Prerequisite: "C" or better grade in Math 2202
- Credit hours: 3-0-3
- An introduction to the modeling of continuous phenomena using ordinary differential
equations. Emphasis will be placed on the combined use of qualitative, numerical, and
analytical approaches to the analysis of models. Technology will be used for numerical and
graphical analysis. Among topics included will be formulation of models, local stability
analysis, phase lines and phase planes, and Euler's numerical algorithms.
