  1. How can I contact my professor?
    Students can leave a message in a professor’s mailbox, call their office, or send them an email.
  2. Where can I pick up my assignments (i.e. test, quiz, etc.) for my professor?
    Assuming the student has arranged with their professor that the assignment will be there for them, students can go to room 507 in the Math Dept. and someone will get your assignment.
  3. Where do I go to make up a test? 
    Students should go to room 507 in the Math Dept.  Someone will direct you to an appropriate testing area.
  4. What is the fax number for the Math Dept.?

  5. How can I get a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics Education?
    Students can go online or come by the Math Dept. to get the requirements for this degree.
  6. What are the hours for the Math Office?
    8:00am-5:00pm Monday through Friday
  7. Can I get into a closed class? 
    Beginning Spring of 2002, our policy is to not override students into closed classes. 
    Exceptions to this rule may be made in the case of online courses.
  1. What does a “special permission” message mean when trying to register for a class?
    This message means that the class does not have an assigned instructor yet.
  2. How can I transfer my credits from another school? 
    Transfer students would need to fill out a Course Substitution Form in the Math Department, a copy of the course description from the other school, and a copy of their transcript. 
  3. Where can I get an advisor if I’m a Math Major? 
    These students would need to contact Dr. Ellermeyer and fill out the Mathematics Curricular Plan form, which can be found in the Math Dept. Office.  Dr. Ellermeyer’s email address is sellerme@kennesaw.edu
  4. How can I waive a prerequisite?
    Students need to fill out an online form if the computer won’t let them register for a course due to prerequisite problems.
