Special Registration and Other Forms

This page contains some of the special forms needed during the registration process.   Identify the form you need below, click on the corresponding link.  The actual form will then be presented to you.  Fill it out, and submit it.  Additional help and explanations will be presented on each form.

• Request for prerequisite bypass (only for ECE courses, Math 2008, 3316, 3317 and 3318)

Note: We do not overload our classes. To be enrolled in a class, students must go through the registration system. Please, do not use one of the forms above to try to overload a class.
