| Job Qualifications |
| Majors Desired: MS/Math or MS Stats; U.S. Citizen
Only; U.S. Permanent Resident; F1/J1; Requires student status
in graduate program with major in Decision Science, Math,
Statistics, Economics, or an equivalent discipline, with an
average grade of B+ or better; Detail-oriented and interested
in providing unique solutions clients can understand and
implement. A basic understanding of the direct
marketing/credit industry is strongly preferred. Proven
proficiency in applied statistics is key; Ability to evaluate,
understand, and interpret data is also highly desirable.
Working knowledge of SAS, SPSS, or other statistical software
is preferred and MS Excel experience is required;
Understanding or experience with regression
techniques/multivariate statistics as well as experience is
required; Understanding or experience with regression

data management and manipulation; Able to work in a team
environment as well as exhibit individual initiative with the
ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.

| Job Description |
Perform exploratory data analysis and audit
internal/external data; Responsible for developing predictive
models and researching/implementing methods that allow clients
to maximize the value of their data; Perform reporting
functions preparing DPA and Personicx reports as well as ad
hoc analyses; As a need arises, contributes to the design and
development of new software applications for the purpose of
improving existing processes; Performs other duties as
assigned.
